The Miami River District in Downtown Miami is about to get a lot more luxurious with Faena Residences Miami at 90 SW 3rd Street. A new partnership between Alan Faena, Fortune International and Shahab Karmely’s KAR Properties is set to bring a new 14-acre Faena Cultural District to the Miami River area.
Designed by Rafael Viñoly Architects, the project begins with a redesign of One River Point, which gained headway in 2015. The redesigned project is set to bring 440 residences to the area in twin riverfront towers that are each 60 floors at 90 SW 3rd Street, along the Miami River Walk.

Michael Stern’s 81-story tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial District is moving forward according to court records. The Dolce & Gabbana-branded tower has won their first step of zoning approval from Miami-Dade County with an 11-0 vote.
