After a season of working quietly behind the scenes, ORA by Casa Tua in Brickell has made some significant strides in their construction journey. Fortune International, the Miami-based developer of the project has revealed that they have acquired the land to build and secured the loan to get started.

Swire has released a new rendering of The Mandarin Oriental Residences, Miami upon the announcement that they have transferred from reservations to contracts with nearly $1 billion in reservations. Over $150 million of these contracts have already converted.

The project launched at the end of 2019 as a partnership between the famed Cipriani Family and Miami’s Terra Group. After the success of the Mr. C Hotel in Coconut Grove, a condo tower made sense.

Despite media reports of a cooling market, Miami is still going strong. The St. Regis, Miami in Brickell currently has plans for two tower cranes at their jobsite at 1809 Brickell Avenue while also reaching the 60% sold benchmark.
According to a filing with the FAA for two tower cranes, the project plans to have both rise 741 feet above ground or 750 feet above sea level.
The landmark project will replace a 17-story building that is currently awaiting demolition. In the summer of 2023, the project quickly passed Urban Design Review Board approval process, with only a few minor tweaks.

New York’s Madison Realty Capital has provided Related Group with $400 million to construct their new ultra luxury development on Fisher Island, Six Fisher.
